Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Mainpurpose of job:
• To provide comprehensive support to customers in the use of company products and to respond to any difficulties encountered by them.
Job Description:
• Responsible for follow up with the Sales Team to ensure to receive all the relevant document (sales records/receipts) w.r.t the booking of a unit with site head / Might also be required to coordinate with the Site head to do all the formalities in relationwiththe booking of a particular unit as received by the sales team.
• Should ensure to keep a foolproof track of all the bookings done so far
• Should ensure to follow up with the client to remind them of their instalments & the same is done within the stipulated time frame.
• Will be responsible to maintain & keep the track of allShould be able to keep entire track of the performance of the sales Team through MIS Branch wise, sales
• Should be able to keep entire track of the performance of the sales Team through MIS Branch wise, sales headwise.
• Should be able to follow upforthe home loans for the clients & should be able to keep a proper record.
• Keep complete records.
Main responsibilities:
• Provide training and support to customers in the use of company products so that they derive the maximum benefit from these.
• Provide training in company products to company staff and retailers to increase their sales effectiveness.
• Oversee the provision of help desk support to customers experiencing difficulties with company products.
• Pass any customer comments on products to research and development staff to enable them to identify any potential improvements in products.
• Attend product launches to provide information and support in relation to those products.
• Customer interaction and relationship management
• Ensuring high standards of service delivery & query resolution within specified TATs.
• Enabling processes that provide accurate documentation to customers for their transaction.
• Manpower management-provide leadership to the team of customer relationship managers.
• Identify training needs among team members to ensure all rounded development of individuals
• Co-ordination and Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure resolution of queries & systemic issues.
• Act as customer escalation point for business critical support issues.
• Ensuring seamless handover of units to the customer during possession process.
