Applicants who have completed Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry in the first division with NET/GATE qualification or equivalent from a recognized Institute for DRDO-DROMI
Junior Research Fellow (Mechanical):
Applicants who have completed Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in the first division with NET/GATE qualification or equivalent from a recognized Institute for DRDO-DROMI.
Junior Research Fellow (Electronics):
Applicants who have completed Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in the first division with NET/GATE qualification or equivalent from a recognized Institute for DRDO-DROMI.
Junior Research Fellow (Library Science):
Applicants who have completed Post Graduate Degree in Library Science in the first division with NET/GATE qualification or equivalent from a recognised Institute for DRDO-DROMI.
