We have Urgent openings for Phone Banking Officer for Noida. Those who is having experience more than 2 years specially in international call center/ international BPO and those who has experience RL- sales and Branch Banking

Grade to be offered : M2

CTC to be offered : Upto 3 Lacs

Job Role:-

To Attend the inbound calls of customers in both Retail Liabilities & Credit Cards and process the queries & requests to customer's satisfaction 
Good Communication skills
Five days working in a week with rotational holidays (with 9hours shift)
Rotational Shifts
Mandatory for boys to work in night shifts for 10 days in a month will get extra allowance for night shift. (For Females: 8AM till 8PM)


Job Requirements:


Graduate/ Post Graduate
2 year experience in BPO sector 
Comfortable in English .
