To provide Help Desk services in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes. Achievement of the Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets.
Maintain a 24 hour Transport help desk to receive and respond to transport enquiries;
Provide Call logging services in accordance with the service guidelines;
Receive and log requests for Transport services - Record complete details of the service requests / complaints from employees of (Client). Assign unique identity numbers for all service requests;
Maintain accurate information on all vehicle movements;
Provide arrival reports to operations;
Maintain the daily pickup and drop list of staff;
Report on all arrivals to operations by mail;
Maintain an accurate and readily available list of important transport related telephone numbers;
Work order / Job cards - Generate job cards / work orders for all transport requests and assign an unique reference number to each request
Reporting - Prepare daily / weekly reports as required on Transport requests and vehicular movements;
Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to (Client)
Perform other duties as required by Jones Lang LaSalle and (Client)
Work closely with Administration in relation to the payment of invoices
Helpdesk:
Handling escalations of service requests received through calls /mail/ walk-in associates.
Coordinating with Executive Facilities / Engineering / Vendors for event arrangements / client visit meetings.
Coordinating with Learning team for L&LD training arrangements.
Analysis on MIS - Call report, maintain records on Locker Key, Guest house accommodation, Room booking & cost effectiveness against L&LD trainings external venue bookings & Training.
