Job Description
Should be ITIL Foundation certified (Good to have)
Experience of working as Change Manager where the entire ITIL Change Management life cycle is being followed
Experience of managing CAB meetings
Experience of managing Release maintenance windows
Auditing of Change requests processed by peers
Experience of preparing reports for various metrics & dashboards
MUST have working knowledge on any ITSM Tool as a Change Manager. ServiceNow will be prefered
